Flag orientation

Yes, unfortunately, we are aware the flag in the background of the TikTok commercial is displayed incorrectly and we don't like it either. It was a very hectic shooting and we did not notice it among the chaos. We did not get to see the video until it was released and as soon as we saw it, we contacted them immediately, but at that point, they were unable to make any revisions and it had already been broadcast.

It’s a terribly unfortunate situation made by the camera crew. We apologize for anyone who feels upset or offended by this. We have nothing but complete and utmost respect for our servicemembers. For that reason, our heart and mission of providing mobility scooters for veterans is unwavering and our love for this country is genuine. 🇺🇸
